L.A. Guns Colorado Springs Concert reviews
Rod Stewart still rocks the house.
The Kin, an intro group (two brothers from Australia), have good voices but were most often drowned out by the bass guitarist and the bass drum. His program lasted an enjoyable 1.75 hours that passed all too quickly. His backup singers and musicians are all fantastic but don't drown out the person we were really there to see. Mr. Stewart is gracious to his team, allowing them an opportunity to shine for themselves. L.A. Guns had the packed audience standing and dancing in the aisles throughout his performance. He was also gracious to the audience; thanking us for spending our hard-earned cash during the recession to come out to see him. They have a CD coming out soon in which some very fine vocals should be able to be heard.
